Anthony Limite

Anthony Limite and his wife Danielle moved into Rye Wilderness in February 2019 after retiring as a police Lieutenant from New Jersey and relocating to Florida.  He has since taken a school resource officer position with the Sarasota County Schools Police Department and currently works at an elementary school ensuring students and staff stay safe during the school day.  He is also a United States Marine Corps veteran and uses his discipline and common sense to seek practical solutions to any problems or issues the community may encounter.  He has been a member of the landscape committee, compliance committee and budget committee since the turnover from DR Horton to the Rye Wilderness HOA and continues to serve on these committees to ensure we do not have an over zealous and over restrictive HOA and to ensure our budget is managed responsibly.  He was recently elected to the HOA Board of Directors in June 2023 and looks forward to continuing working with the Board of Directors to improve our community for everyone to enjoy.

David Bender

David and his family have lived in the Rye Wilderness community since 2014.  They have three children all of whom grew up in the area since moving here in 2009.

Dave has been in leadership positions in several industries including manufacturing, retail, technology, and consulting. His experiences working with a range of companies from global public corporations to privately held and private equity-backed enterprises enable him to view situations from new angles. He has wide-ranging technical experience including cloud computing, cyber security, application development, and project management. 

As a Floridian of 40 years, the Rye Community is the one place that he chose to eventually retire.

Dave has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami and he earned his Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and in Real Estate from Florida State University.

Elaine Green

Elaine Green and her husband, Fred, moved into Rye Wilderness June 2010. Being a long-time resident, she has seen many changes, building and the development within our neighborhood.

She loves our neighborhood, our wonderful neighbors and looks forward to working with our neighbors and Board to keep our neighborhood beautiful and property values growing.

Elaine moved from Cincinnati and is a retired professional having a 30+ year career with NCR, Harland Financial Solutions and BancTec in the Financial IT sector. Her career included Software Sales, Project Management, Software Development, Quality Assurance, and Department Management. Elaine’s degree is from Ashland University in Business Administration.

Since retiring to FL, Elaine worked part-time at Lakewood Ranch YMCA Membership Sales Welcome Center and as a fitness coach.  She is active with Bayside Community Church and enjoys biking, golfing, and boating.
